Topic: George Washington As our First President  - Washington's Precedents for Presidents

Today's Goal:  When the Founding Father were writing the Constitution, they designed the President of the

United States with George Washington in mind.  However, no one on Earth had ever held a job like being

President of the United States.  George Washington had to interpret the Constitution and his own leadership

qualities to establish the office of President of the United States.  Washington's presidency created a blue

print or an example for all other presidents to follow.
